RIMES is an internet based provider of financial data and flexible applications. We currently have offices in America, Europe and Asia; and we are looking to expand in Cyprus to enhance our global support coverage.

We are currently looking to hire an Account Consultant for our Cyprus office. Primary responsibilities involve supporting RIMES products and services by dealing with global client support enquiries, helping to maintain existing accounts and developing new account opportunities.

The successful candidate will be exposed to a vast array of financial databases and gain a thorough understanding of equity and fixed income benchmarks. They will build and nurture relationships and ensure that RIMES meets and exceeds client expectations. By assisting our clients with all of their needs, you will develop the foundations needed and the knowledge, skills and understanding to progress within the organisation.

Skills & Experience:

We are looking for individuals with the initiative to take full advantage of the opportunities offered at RIMES.

Key requirements include:

• Previous work experience in the financial data industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Ability to work within a team, as well as independently
• Desire to learn new technology and grow in an ever-changing environment
• Candidates must be of Graduate calibre or equivalent

Highly Desired:

• Experienced and highly proficient with MS Excel®
• Sound working knowledge of financial spreadsheets and financial databases and applications
• Numerically minded with great attention to detail
• Understanding of the Internet as used within the Financial Community
• Fluency in more than one language is beneficial to a career at RIMES
