Client Support Consultant

RIMES (www.rimes.com) is an internet based provider of financial data and flexible applications. We are currently looking for Client Support Consultants to join our expanding Asian support operation based in Sydney, Australia.

Primary responsibilities involve supporting RIMES's products and services by:

• Dealing with customer support enquiries from a range of customer groups from Front-Office Securities to Mid-Office Fund Management and Custodians.
• Helping to maintain and grow existing accounts and develop new account opportunities in conjunction with Business Development personnel.

The successful candidate will build and nurture relationships and ensure that RIMES meets and exceeds client expectations.

Required:

RIMES' main goal is to employ dedicated self-starters that share our vision for product and service excellence, who can get on the fast-track to leading the support efforts for RIMES Asia Pacific operations. Applicants will recognise in themselves an innate thirst for knowledge and have an analytical, problem solving mind.

• Graduate caliber with a bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Ability to work with a team and independently
• Desire to learn new technology and grow in an ever-changing environment

Desired:

The ideal candidate will have recent success with hands-on support of financial productivity tools in the institutional market. This role will suit candidates wishing to live in Australia without losing contact with global institutional financial markets and to help to build a growing Asia-wide portfolio of business. Australian citizenship desirable but not mandatory.
