Description:

RIMES (www.rimes.com) is an internet based provider of financial data and flexible applications. We are currently looking for a Client Services Consultant to join our busy support team in the NY office.

Primary responsibilities involve supporting RIMES's products and services by dealing with client support enquiries, helping to maintain existing accounts and developing new account opportunities. The successful candidate will build and nurture relationships and ensure that RIMES meets and exceeds client expectations.

Skills & Experience:

• Graduate caliber with a bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Ability to work on a team and independently
• Desire to learn new technology and grow in an ever-changing environment

Highly Desired:

• Experience with MS Excel®
