Andrea is the Global Capital Markets GTM Lead at Databricks, driving strategy and executive engagement across investment banks, asset managers, exchanges, and data providers. She partners with C-suite stakeholders to modernize front-office workflows and accelerate AI adoption across financial services.

Previously, Andrea spent 15+ years at Bloomberg in enterprise sales and product management, most recently leading fixed income AI initiatives focused on natural-language workflows and discoverability. Her background spans enterprise data platforms, large revenue books, and trading workflow modernization in fixed income markets. She brings deep capital markets expertise and a pragmatic approach to complex, regulated environments.

Kieran joined Rimes in January 2026 as Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for the company’s global go-to-market strategy and commercial teams. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience as well as deep domain expertise in financial data and applications, cloud technology, and analytics, serving institutional buy and sell-side customers.

A recognized leader in Fintech, Kieran most recently served as Global Vice President of Data Cloud Product Partnerships at Snowflake, leading strategic partnerships and marketplace initiatives during a period of transformational, AI-driven innovation. Prior to Snowflake, he spent more than three decades at FactSet Research Systems where he oversaw $1.4B in revenue, with leadership roles in Sales, Strategic Alliances, Client Success, Operations and Product Development across global markets.

Kieran began his career at Goldman Sachs & Company, executing FX trades across global currency markets, and holds a BA in Economics from Syracuse University.

Tigran brings extensive experience leading large-scale technology transformation, enterprise modernization, and high-performing engineering organizations. His expertise spans cloud, AI enablement, Big Data platforms, and modern technology architecture, with a focus on improving scalability, resilience, and business performance.

Throughout his career, Tigran has led technology transformations exceeding $50 million, simplifying complex technology environments, reducing technical debt, and modernizing engineering practices and operating models. His experience includes spearheading the development of the world’s largest cloud-based financial database, managing exabyte-scale market data within highly regulated environments.

Tigran’s leadership approach combines technology strategy with disciplined execution, building adaptable teams and aligning technology investments with business priorities to drive growth, efficiency, and measurable value.

Matt is Head of Data Products at T. Rowe Price, where he leads the development and execution of the firm’s enterprise data product strategy. As a member of the Chief Data Office leadership team, he built a global organization of Product Owners and Business Analysts that has delivered more than 30 enterprise data products to date across security, reference, index, and investment accounting domains. His responsibilities also include enterprise security master strategy, modernization of critical investment data and reporting capabilities, and adoption of common data product standards across the firm.

Matt brings extensive leadership experience across data management, investment operations, vendor management, risk and controls, and operating model transformation. Before leading Data Products, he held senior positions at T. Rowe Price and J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he built global teams, directed complex enterprise programs, strengthened third-party oversight, and delivered significant operational efficiencies. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Russian, with a minor in Economics, from Marist University.

Vijay is a proven Fintech leader with a track record of transforming and scaling global Fintech businesses. He is a recognized leader in harnessing next-generation technologies to solve complex data and workflow challenges for the world’s leading financial institutions.

Prior to Rimes, Vijay spent 12 years at Broadridge Financial Solutions, a period during which the company’s market capitalization grew from under $3 billion to over $30 billion. As a key member of the Executive Team and most recently as President of Capital Markets, he transformed a foundational post-trade solutions business into a $1.1 billion global leader in trading, data, and analytics. A passionate product innovator, Vijay has consistently pushed the boundaries of financial technology, creating market-leading platforms leveraging AI, smart contracts, tokenization, and other next-generation technologies.

Vijay’s broad experience includes private equity investing, hands-on technology roles building fixed income trading systems, strategic consulting for financial institutions at BCG and co-founding a venture-backed data company, leading it through a full lifecycle from inception to a strategic acquisition. He is also a named inventor on a number of patents in financial technology and market structure.

He holds an MSc in Machine Learning & Data Science from Imperial College, London, an MBA from The Wharton School, and a BA/MA in Physics from the University of Oxford.
