Kieran joined Rimes in January 2026 as Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for the company’s global go-to-market strategy and commercial teams. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience as well as deep domain expertise in financial data and applications, cloud technology, and analytics, serving institutional buy and sell-side customers.

A recognized leader in Fintech, Kieran most recently served as Global Vice President of Data Cloud Product Partnerships at Snowflake, leading strategic partnerships and marketplace initiatives during a period of transformational, AI-driven innovation. Prior to Snowflake, he spent more than three decades at FactSet Research Systems where he oversaw $1.4B in revenue, with leadership roles in Sales, Strategic Alliances, Client Success, Operations and Product Development across global markets.

Kieran began his career at Goldman Sachs & Company, executing FX trades across global currency markets, and holds a BA in Economics from Syracuse University.

Tigran brings extensive experience leading large-scale technology transformation, enterprise modernization, and high-performing engineering organizations. His expertise spans cloud, AI enablement, Big Data platforms, and modern technology architecture, with a focus on improving scalability, resilience, and business performance.

Throughout his career, Tigran has led technology transformations exceeding $50 million, simplifying complex technology environments, reducing technical debt, and modernizing engineering practices and operating models. His experience includes spearheading the development of the world’s largest cloud-based financial database, managing exabyte-scale market data within highly regulated environments.

Tigran’s leadership approach combines technology strategy with disciplined execution, building adaptable teams and aligning technology investments with business priorities to drive growth, efficiency, and measurable value.

Vijay is a proven Fintech leader with a track record of transforming and scaling global Fintech businesses. He is a recognized leader in harnessing next-generation technologies to solve complex data and workflow challenges for the world’s leading financial institutions.

Prior to Rimes, Vijay spent 12 years at Broadridge Financial Solutions, a period during which the company’s market capitalization grew from under $3 billion to over $30 billion. As a key member of the Executive Team and most recently as President of Capital Markets, he transformed a foundational post-trade solutions business into a $1.1 billion global leader in trading, data, and analytics. A passionate product innovator, Vijay has consistently pushed the boundaries of financial technology, creating market-leading platforms leveraging AI, smart contracts, tokenization, and other next-generation technologies.

Vijay’s broad experience includes private equity investing, hands-on technology roles building fixed income trading systems, strategic consulting for financial institutions at BCG and co-founding a venture-backed data company, leading it through a full lifecycle from inception to a strategic acquisition. He is also a named inventor on a number of patents in financial technology and market structure.

He holds an MSc in Machine Learning & Data Science from Imperial College, London, an MBA from The Wharton School, and a BA/MA in Physics from the University of Oxford.

Carol Penhale leads the development of the Canadian market for Rimes, partnering with C-level leaders at asset managers, asset owners and asset servicers to help solve their most complex investment data management challenges. 

Carol has worked in the strategy and transformation space for public and private financial services firms and vendors for more than 25 years.  She has held senior business, technology and consulting roles at start ups, service providers, intermediaries and large financial institutions, at companies including Mackenzie Investments, Taliance, Broadridge Financial Solutions and others.  She has also helped found a number of boutique consulting start-ups, including Cutter Associates and Bedford Park Associates. 

Ms. Penhale holds a Diploma in Programming and Systems Analysis from The Institute for Computer Studies, a B.A. from the University of Toronto and a Certificate in History from the University of Edinburgh.  

Syed embarked on his journey with Rimes in October 2020, initially serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of MDS Sales Engineering. His role soon evolved to Principal, Enterprise Sales Engineering (North America). 

A frequent speaker at client engagements, Syed leverages his deep subject-matter expertise on the Rimes Platform and products to design advanced investment solutions. His work spans a range of sophisticated technologies, including Big Data analytics, Enterprise Data Management as a Service (EDMaaS) for Mastering Security, Price, Entity, Credit Rating, ESG, Fundamentals, data integration, AI-enabled Lakehouse architecture, IBOR, and the Matrix Portfolio Rebalancing platform. 

Throughout his extensive 20+ years career, Syed has worn several hats within the investment industry. Before joining Rimes, His recent position was as the Director of Change Management at UBS Global Asset Management, where he specialized in steering transformative data management initiatives and delivering investment intelligence solutions to the global investment community. 

Syed’s academic foundation is anchored in a master’s degree in finance & technology, providing him with a solid grounding in both financial expertise and technological acumen. 

As SVP and Chief Information Officer, Katarina Savic is responsible for Technology, Cybersecurity, Operations, Information Delivery, and Client Services across AGF Investments Inc. She joined AGF in 2006, leading the IT Solutions Delivery team, after which time she moved into the broader Operations group, progressively taking on more responsibilities.

Katarina has over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining AGF, she held various management and delivery positions within the wealth management and brokerage organizations at Merrill Lynch Canada and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC). She holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and Bachelor of Education from the University of Western Ontario. Aligning with her enthusiasm for mentoring and coaching people staring on their career journeys, Katarina volunteers with Youth Employment Services.
