Le réglementt européen sur les abus de marché (MAR) est entré en application en juillet 2016. RIMES a réuni récemment a Paris un panel d’experts Internationaux qui ont fait le point sur ces nouvelles régles et leur mise en ouvre.
La pression réglementaire croissante, renforcée par l’entrée en vigueur du règlement MAR, oblige les acteurs des marchés à améliorer en permanence leurs systèmes de surveillance des anomalies de marché. Or, le traitement de ces abus nécessite des réponses différentes selon la nature de l’anomalie, un délit d’initié ou une manipulation de marché, et selon la nature de l’intervenant, asset manager pratiquant la gestion fondamentale ou gestionnaire quantitatif.
